Shipping policy

Upon confirmation of orders, items will be immediately packed and sent to the courier within 2-3 working days. For bank deposit and online payments, submission of proof of payment is required to confirm order. We will notify you of your tracking number once shipment has been made.

For Pick-Up preference, you may pick-up directly our book your own courier services to pick-up the items. Please wait for our notification once your item is ready for pick-up.

The Conscious Mama will not be responsible for any delay caused by the courier. It is the customer's responsibility to track their order and follow up with the courier.

Please make sure that complete delivery and contact details provided are correct. Any delivery failure to given addresses will be returned to The Conscious Mama hub. The customer will have to shoulder re-delivery charges.
