1. Payment Options
We accept payments via PayPal (for credit card and PayPal accounts), and bank deposit or online transfer payments via BDO and GCASH.
For bank deposit / online transfers, please send proof of payment together with your Complete Name and Order ID via email to email@example.com.
Non-fulfillment of the proof of payment submission within 3 calendar days will result to cancellation of orders to give way for the inventory for the other customers.
2. Delivery & Shipping Guidelines
Once payments have been confirmed, please allow 1-3 days for the items to be packed and ready ship-out. A notification will be sent out to the customer, together with Tracking # once orders have been dispatched.
For orders for Pick-Up, we will notify you once your orders are ready for pick-up. Same-day pick-up is possible. Please notify us via our Social Media accounts before placing your order to make sure that we can accommodate the request.
